REFUND POLICY

A). Full refund (less a $40 admin fee) if player cancels prior to March 1st, 2016

B). No refund after March 1st, 2016.

C). In instances where a combine is postponed (for any reason) all fees will be transferred to re-scheduled combine. Even if combine is moved to an alternate location.

D). Please allow 30 days for refund.
